Your room is roughly 23 sqm , it has a huge door to the big balcony. The room is furnished.

The environment is fantastic. Just around the corner is the subway station Samariterstr. (U5). You can find all supermarkets next to our home. The apartment has a total of 95 sqm and has 3 rooms. Straight away there is the Boxhagener Platz. A place where there is a farmers market every Satureday and a flew market every Sunday. People hang out there within the day.

before you continue to read or apply, one important requirement is that I have a beautiful Golden Retriever called Karl. I am the soul carer for Karl so all I want from you is to be happy to live with a dog. I also want to introduce Susann (40). We three are looking for a kind new flatmate.
Susann and I are working and we prefer a quiet and focussed life. The same is valued in living together in the WG. We enjoy a friendly and respectful environment while being with each other. This is definitely not a Party WG or something like an open house for everyone.
Living together can be like having a comfortable and beautiful place to get rest und to have talks together about life and what's going on in the world. But Susann and I are working with humans so at home we like to get rest in our rooms mostly. Anyway it's still a warm hearted living together.
Please respect these wishes as I will not be accepting applicants who take drugs. This house is a drug free zone. Alcohol is ok.
We offer the room for a single person, not for couples. We are searching for someone, a woman, who has a somewhat stable life and a regular income.
The contract length is for 6 months but negotiable. We will check out how is living together and the goal is a longtime rent. Anmeldung is possible. A perfect match would be someone who plans to live here for a few years.
What is included:
+ clean apartment, we clean alternately once a week
+ washing machine, dishwasher, a large fridge
+ rent includes internet flat rate and electricity
