Wir suchen eine*en Untermieter*in, die/der Interesse hat, ein Zimmer in unsere schöne Wohnung vom 1. Mai bis zum 31. September zu mieten.
Das Zimmer is hell und teilweise möbliert (Doppelbett, Ablage Fläche, ein paar Pflanzen). Es gibt genug Platz für ein Schreibtisch/Sofa/weitern Schrank.
Die Wohnung ist 73m2 groß, 3,5m hoch und hat einen schönen natürlichen Charme. Wir teilen uns die Küche, einen Bereich mit einem Sofa und einem Kamin und das Bad. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und andere Annehmlichkeiten.

We are looking for a subtenant interested in renting our cozy furnished room between the 1st of May and the 31st of September.
The room is bright and furnished with a double bed, storage space, and some plants. There is enough space for a desk/couch/cupboard.
The flat is 73m2 large, with 3.5m high ceilings, and has a nice natural charm. We share the kitchen, an area with a sofa and a fireplace, and the bathroom. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities.

The flat is on the first floor of a calm street with direct sunlight, close to public transport (Tram: Besarinplatz, U-Bahn: Frankfurtertor, S-Bahn: Storkowerstrasse), Food stores (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl) and 15 minutes walk from the lively Boxhagner Platz area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, weekly markets and places to go partying.
Wir sind ein Pärchen. Eine Person wohnt dauerhaft in der Wohnung und die andere ist ab und zu da. Wir haben es gerne gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Haben die Wohnung mit liebe eingerichtet und teilen sie gerne.
Wie finden eine Mischung von gemeinsam kochen und quatschen und gegenseitigen Raum lassen super. Wir arbeiten regelmässig im Home Office, desswegen ist es uns wichtig, dass man nicht Laute Musik während Arbeitszeiten hört.
Wir suchen eine Weltoffene person die respektovll, zuverlässig und kommunikativ ist. Bitte sende uns ein paar Wörter über dich, den Grund warum du ein Zimmer suchst, wie lange du es mieten möchtest und was dir im Zusammenleben wichtig ist. Erwähne auch dein Lieblingscharakter von Harry Potter :)

We are a couple. One person is regularly at the flat and the other one times to times, so you would share the place with 1.5 people ;). We like to have a cozy atmosphere, stay in a clean and ordered place. We furnished the flat with love and enjoy sharing it.
When living together we enjoy a mix of interaction time where we can cook and chat together and leave each other space for quiet time. We regularly work from home, so we care about not having loud music playing during working times.
We are looking for a flatmate that is open, respectful, reliable, and communicative. Please send us a few words about you, why you are looking for a room, for how long, and what do you find important in living together. Also, mention your favorite character from Harry Potter :)
