Hey people!
We are two women looking for a flatmate for our very nice WG in Friedrichschain. We are currently looking for someone for 3 months, to see if we fit. Therefore, anmeldung is not possible for the time being.
One of us is a masters student in the field of literature and culture to very broadly mention. The other is working full time in a fin-tech start up from home.
We like to spend time with each other every now and then and we also do care about privacy. It would be really nice if you have experience with Wgs before. We're looking for a communicative person who's respectful to the borders of others. Every now and then we could cook together or have conversations over a drink inside and outside the flat. We wouldn't like too much noise especially during the week. Definitely no party after midnight and this is not really a party flat anyways.
We look for basic tidiness at least. You don't have to be a hygene freak but it's important to keep the shared areas clean. We buy cleaning supplies and others together so we expect you to contribute as well. We also have a fair cleaning schedule.
Don't know if it's really necessary to mention but racism, homophobia and sexism is a no-go.

It's not really furnished in the room but there's a bed and a desk :)
