Hi everyone!
I am leaving my beautiful room (24m2) in Fshain and it is available for long-term rent from Dec 1.
Anmeldung is possible.
The monthly rent is 595 €. Deposit is two months rent = 1190 €.
The room is very sunny, furnished (double bed, matress, wardrobe, couch, table, chair) with wooden floors. It is located at the very end of the whole flat, so you will have a lot of privacy. The windows are facing the backyard so it is very quiet, too.
Friedrichshain, near to Straßmannstraße station
The whole apartment is approx. 120 m2 with 3 huge bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, big kitchen and a dinning area with a couch and one bathroom.
You will be living with two great and interesting guys. Julien is French, a graphic designer and a painter, 38 years old. Tim is German, a fashion photographer and a sales manager, 27 years old.
We like to keep balance in spending time together and respecting everybody’s privacy. We love to cook together from time to time, talk and have nice evenings over a glass of wine just among us or with a few friends. We are not a party WG. We are looking for a young professional who would fit into this dynamic, someone who is clean and tidy, friendly, settled, enjoys nice talks and exchanging ideas. Ideally you are in your 30s or late 20s.
