Hey everyone interested,
our 90 qm flat right on Simon Dach Str. is looking for new flatmates! The whole flat has big windows, very high stucco ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for.
Moreover the flat has a beautiful bathrooms with a bathtub (like a spa ; ). Washing machine of course. In the kitchen u can find everything u need, a fridge, a dishwasher (very good to have in a WG), basic dishes, basically everything u need.
Here is space for lovely people who plan to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and love to live in a shared flat.
All inclusive, furnished, incl. green power, internet and basic service costs/heating.
Anmeldung is possible.
Simon Dach Str. - what should I say ; ) I think everyone new in Berlin wants to live here, first choice. Public transportation in front of the house (M10, M13, 240, 21, M17, U Frankfurter Tor, S Warschauer Str., U Warschauer Str.). The flat is situated in the most vivid districts in Berlin around the corner from Boxi (Boxhagener Platz). Many bars, RAW Gelände, students, many nationalities, the Spree. Of course supermarkets, Späti etc. are basically in front of ur door.
We are Róisín, Arseniya, Loïs and Jázmin.
Róisín (23 years old) is from Ireland and moved to Berlin in October to start a new job with an Irish company in the city centre. She has spent nearly 2 years living in Germany, so she can speak fluent German, and is now looking forward to discovering what Berlin has to offer - new cafés, restaurants, parks and galleries. In her free time she also likes to cook, go to yoga classes, and sometimes take weekend trips with friends
Arseniya is 24 y.o, came from Ukraine last year ago and works as administrator in a hotel now. In free time she enjoys spending time with other people, making Picknicks, watching movies and going out trying new food from time to time
Loïs is a French girl, 25, working in the advertising industry. She loves going out, meeting new people, doing some sports classes on urban sports but also staying in and watching Netflix on a rainy day.
Jázmin, Hungarian, 21 years old, service economist. She enjoys going for early morning runs, yoga and pole dance. She loves cooking her own tasty vegan food, hang out with friends and read non-fiction.
There is room for one new person who wants to call this a home. We wanna find someone, who is fun, responsible and inspiring. Preferably working people, so everyone has the same daily rhythm. No boring people, just a good balance. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (one year people have even better chances : )
We would really want to find people who want to fill this flat with live and love.
