Mein Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,80m-Boxspringbett, direkt daneben ein Regal, was auch als Nachttisch dient. Es gibt einen großen Sessel, einen Schreibtisch, der eher als Fernsehtisch dient, ein großer Fernseher sowie mehrere Regale und eine große Kleiderstange.
Bücher in den Bücherregalen dürfen natürlich gerne genutzt werden während des Aufenthalts. :)
Ich werde die meisten meiner Klamotten da lassen, für dich natürlich ein paar Regale freimachen.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sofa, Waschtrockner, Spülmaschine und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, sind dabei.
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.

My room is equipped with a 1.80 m box spring board, right next to it a shelf, which also serves as a bedside table. There is a large armchair, a desk that doubles as a TV table, a large TV, as well as several shelves and a large clothes rail.
Books on the bookshelves can of course be used during your stay. :)
I'll leave most of my clothes there, freeing up a few shelves for you, of course.
The apartment has a large eat-in kitchen with dining table and sofa, washer-dryer, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking is included.
The bathroom has a shower.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage auf der Boxhagener Straße. Direkt vor der Tür fährt der Bus 240 sowie die Tram 21. Der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist 5 min. Fußweg entfernt.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten zum Trinken und Essen gehen: jeder Geschmack findet hier was!
Der beliebte Simon-Dach-Kiez ist ca. 15 min. Fußweg entfernt.
Die Warschauer Straße ist mit der Bahn in 5 min. erreichbar.
Vom Ostkreuz aus erreicht man durch die Ringbahn jeden Berliner Stadtteil sehr schnell.

The apartment is in a perfect location on Boxhagener Straße. Bus 240 and tram 21 stop right in front of the door. Ostkreuz train station is a 5-minute walk away.
There are various options for drinking and eating right in front of the door: there is something for everyone!
The popular Simon-Dach-Kiez is about a 15-minute walk away.
Warschauer Strasse can be reached in 5 minutes by train.
Every district of Berlin can be reached very quickly from Ostkreuz using the Ringbahn.

Du wirst mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner Teo (33) zusammen wohnen. Er arbeitet in der Gastronomie - ist daher oft tagsüber Zuhause und abends dann bei der Arbeit.
Wenn man sich in der gemütlichen Wohnküche trifft, kann man mit Teo super quatschen und ein Tee/Wein/Bier trinken.
Da Teo viel arbeitet, wünscht er sich jemanden, der nicht nur zum Feiern hier ist. Gerne nehmen wir jemanden auf, der beruflich in Berlin ist.
Partys während des Aufenthalts erlauben wir nicht!

You will live with my dear roommate Teo (33). He works in the catering business - so he is often at home during the day and then at work in the evening.
If you meet in the cozy kitchen-cum-living room, you can have a great chat with Teo and drink a tea / wine / beer.

Ich bin beruflich unterwegs und vermiete daher für diese Zeit gerne mein Zimmer unter, am liebsten ebenfalls an jemanden, der beruflich in der Stadt ist.
Da es sich um meine eigene Wohnung handelt, suche ich jemanden, der respektvoll mit Wohnung und Mobiliar sowie mit meinem Mitbewohner umgeht.
Wir heißen jeden und jede willkommen die Zeit in unserer schönen WG zu verbringen!
