unsere zwei lieben Mitbewohner sind den nächsten Monat über verreist. Deswegen suchen wir für die zwei frei werdenden Zimmer, zwei liebe Menschen. (Diese Anzeige ist für Bastis Zimmer, das von Luca ist hier:

Also falls ihr zu zweit sucht, passt das auch. Die Zimmer sind gleich teuer und etwa gleich groß.
Bastis Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hat einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten etc., ist geräumig und hat zur Fensterseite eine grüne Aussicht. Sachen wie WLAN und der ganze Spaß sind natürlich vorhanden und alles ist im Preis mit drin.

The room is fully furnished, there's a desk you can use for working etc., enough space to comfortably live and outside you have a nice green view.
Stuff like WiFi is available, I think there should be everything that's needed. ;)
Die Wohnung ist zwischen den Haltestellen Weberwiese und Platz der Vereinten Nationen gelegen, hat also eine super Verkehrsanbindung und auch alle nötigen Geschäft befinden sich in Fußnähe. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist ganz nah, falls Du mal eine Auszeit im grünen brauchst. Auch das Friedrichshainer Südkiez um den Boxhagener Platz ist nicht weit, gibt also eine Menge zu entdecken hier.
The Appartement is located between the stops "Weberwiese" (U5) and "Platz der Vereinten Nationen" (Tram), so you can easily get to wherever you want in a reasonable time. Stores like supermarkets are all in walking distance, also the Volkspark Friedrichshain is very close as well, so if you ever want to take your mind off the city, that's a good place to start.
The area around Boxhagener Platz is also close, so definitely lots to explore here.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine freundschaftliche Wohngemeinschaft und genießen es, jeweils an unseren Leben teilzuhaben. Wäre klasse, wenn das auch für dich einladend klingt, denn auch wenn es "nur" für einen Monat ist, freuen wir uns auf ein schöne Zeit mit Dir. Wir sind dann Helen und Vivi, Du und ein weiterer noch unbekannter Mensch. Helen und Vivi studieren derzeit (was du natürlich nicht musst) und wir alle sind einen achtsamen Umgang miteinander gewohnt, ohne daraus ein Dogma zu machen.
Man trifft sich vor allem in der gemütlichen Küche, wo auch geraucht, gequatscht, Musik gehört, gekocht werden kann, so Dinge eben, die in einer Gemeinschaft natürlich aufkommen.
We are a WG living together in a friendshiply manner (don't know if that describes it well, but eh) and we love to let the others in our lives. There's no dogma attached, so nothing is forced and you don't have to feel like your personal needs aren't welcome. Would be awesome though if that sounds welcoming to you, if so you will have a good time.
We like to hang out in the kitchen, cook together, stay up a bit too late and whatever comes up naturally. Smoking in the kitchen is a thing, I don't smoke personally and it would be awesome if there's minimal smoking in the room, but kitchen is perfectly fine.
Das Datum von Anfang und Ende müssen nicht auf den Tag genau stimmen; da können wir sicherlich eine Lösung finden.
