Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, hat 3 Zimmer, eine relativ große Küche und ein Tageslicht-Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Dein neues Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und schön hell. Außerdem hat es einen 2,5 qm großen Balkon. Der Erker zum Balkon hin ist etwas erhöht, die Zimmerdecken sind über 3 m hoch. Die Tür ist eine schöne Altbau-Flügeltür.
Da das Zimmer zur Straße hin ist, solltest du eher wenig Geräusch-empfindlich sein. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist allerdings kaum etwas zu hören.
Da ich mit meiner Partnerin zusammenziehe und wir Möbel doppelt haben werden, würden ein paar der Möbel (Bett) im Zimmer bleiben und müssten, sowie weitere Ausstattung der Wohnung für einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Room
The flat is on the 1st floor, got 3 rooms, an adequately sized kitchen and a daylight bathroom with a shower and tub.
Your new room is 18 sqm, bright and got a 2,5 sqm balcony. The ceiling is over 3 m high and the room has nice old double-winged doors.
Since the room is facing the street, it’s be best if you weren’t all too noise sensitive. However the traffic is barely audible when the windows are closed.
Since I am moving in with my partner, we’ll have some furniture double. A small fee for the furniture (bed) staying behind and other equipment in the flat is part of the deal for moving in.
Lage
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt die M13 und M10, 100 Meter weiter auch die M21. Das Frankfurter Tor und die U5 sind ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Denn’s und Edeka befinden sich innerhalb von 3 bzw 4 Minuten Fußweg und die vielen Bars und Restaurants von Boxi bzw. Samariter Kiez sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Area:
M10 and M13 leave directly infront of the house. Frankfurter Tor and the U5 are a short 5 min walk away.
Denns and Edeka are right across the street/ around the corner and the bars and restaurants of the Boxi and Samariterkiez area are only 15 min away by foot.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine 3er-WG:
Tim (23), Barista aus England
und Jana (26), Klimaaktivistin, sind beide super lieb und entspannte Mitbewohner/innen. Wir legen viel wert auf eine freundschaftliche und dramafreie Atmosphäre.
Flat-Life:
It’s a 3 people shared flat. Living with you will be Tim from England, 23 years old and working as a barista, as well as Jana, 26 and climate activist in her professional and personal life. They are both very kind and laidback. A friendly and drama free atmosphere is really important to us.
Sonstiges
Wir stehen alle drei im Mietvertrag und sind somit auch alle auf die Wohnung gemeldet. Die Hausverwaltung sucht nach einer Person mit hoher Bonität um als mögliche/r Hauptmieter/in eingetragen zu werden.
Zusätzlich haben wir einige Anschaffungen in der WG gemacht (Waschmaschine, Kücheneinrichtung und Möbel, Flurschrank, Küchenzubehör) für welche eine Summe von 200 € angesetzt ist.
Other:
We are looking for someone with a good stable income to possibly become the main tenant.
The fee for equipment shared by everyone in the flat is at 200€.
