Da ich ab Februar für 2,5 Monate weg bin biete ich euch hier mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an:
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß. Durch das eingebaute Hochbett und die hohen Decken ist die Größe recht angenehm. Es würden ziemlich alle Möbel drin bleiben.

Schreibtisch
Schrank
Regal
Fernseher+ Fernsehtisch
Das Zimmer ist das einzige mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon.

Hello dear ones!
Since I'm away from February for 2.5 months, I offer you here my shared room for interim rent:
The room is 14sqm. Due to the built-in loft bed and the high ceilings, the size is quite comfortable. Pretty much all the furniture would stay in it.
Furniture:
Sleeping couch

TV+ TV table
The room is the only one with direct access to the balcony.
Die WG liegt in Friedrichshain. Diverse Tramhaltestellen sind in der Nähe und zur U5 ist man auch in 10 Minuten gelaufen. Die Straße ist eigentlich relativ ruhig.Unter anderem sind Edeka, Rewe und Denns in der Nähe.
Auch im Volkspark-Friedrichshain bist du mit der Tram in 7 Minuten. Da der Boxi nicht weit ist hat man eine sehr große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

The flat is located in Friedrichshain. Various stations are nearby and you can get to the U5 in 10 minutes. The street is actually relatively quiet. Edeka, Rewe and Denns are nearby.
Also in the Volkspark-Friedrichshain you are in 7 minutes by tram. Since the Boxi is not far, you have a very large selection of restaurants and bars nearby.
Mit dir wohnen hier noch Phillip (31, arbeitet im Printbereich) und Manon (26, arbeitet im Informatikbereich). WIr verstehen uns alle gut aber jeder hat auch genug space um sich zurück zu ziehen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan etabliert. Jeder ist aller 3 Wochen damit beauftragt die Gemeinschaftsräume zu putzen und das klappt super!

Phillip (31, works in print) and Manon (26, works in IT) live here with you. We all get along well, but everyone has enough space to withdraw.
We have established a cleaning schedule. Everyone is assigned to clean the common rooms every 3 weeks and it works out great!
Die WG besteht aus: 1 Küche, 1 Bad, 1 Flur, 3 WG-Zimmer, 1 Balkon.
Außerdem haben wir eigentlich alles weitere was man benötigt bei uns z.B. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ofen und Herd usw...
Falls dir das zusagt würden wir uns sehr über eine Nachricht von dir freuen. Achja, du kennst die Spielchen bestimmt schon: Bitte beginne deine Nachricht den Begriff Feuerzeug, damit wir wissen, dass du bis hierhin gelesen hast.
