I'm sub renting my room from May 13th to June 27th. The internet, electricity, and heating costs are included in the price of 520€ (per month). The flat is fully furnished. Also, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything can be used. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an attached balcony with a beautiful view. As the flat is for a sub rent, no registration or anmeldung is possible. You can still order parcels etc. but then just mention my last name in the c/o.
The apartment's windows face the Frankfurter Allee. The flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain. The u-Bahn station (U-Samariterstrasse) is just outside the building entrance. Within seconds you are in the busy, beautiful and safe area of Boxhagener Platz, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. The nearest S-Bahn is Frankfurter Allee which is 7 mins walking or just one u-Bahn station away. You have multiple options for groceries shopping (Netto, Edeka, Lidl) with a few minutes of walking.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other people (2 Male, one Indian and one German).
Important for me: be a responsible, trustworthy, clean and reliable person. This room is my home, and we live in a shared apartment. Please, respect the shared space. There is once per week cleaning of the apartment (common areas such as Kitchen and Bathroom), and your contribution will be expected (approximately 15 mins of your time).
