Das Balkonzimmer ist leider nur OHNE ANMELDUNG möglich!
Es ist MÖBILIERT, hat 17 qm geht nach hinten zum Hinterhof raus, der im Frühling mit seiner grünen Pracht verführt (Blick in´s grün mit blätterrauschendem Sound), Laminatboden, erhöhtem Bett auf einem Podest, Lampe & alles was eben in einem belebten Zimmer so drin ist.
Es gibt noch ein paar Sachen mehr, die im Zimmer verbleiben (z.B. Bücher & Spiele in den Regalen) - das kann dann bei der live-Besichtigung im aktuellen Stand erblickt werden...(;
Bad und Küche sind klein & einfach ausgestattet aber voller Charme!
Wenn alles passt und wir uns wohlfühlen könnte die Mietdauer ggf. auch bis Mai 2024 verlängert werden.
The room with balcony is FURNISHED, ONLY to rent WITHOUT REGISTRATION!! has 17qm, goes to the backside of the house with nice view into the trees (& the sound of leafes in the wind ;), the bed is on a podest (a bit higher) & has all what smd. needs to feel @home.

There are some more things, they stay in the room (f.e. Books & games in the shelf) - you can see that while the first live-view...
Bathroom & kitchen are small and simple equiped, but charmingly!
If all is fine and we feel good together it´s possibly the option to stay till the end of may 2024.
Die Lage ist super - auf der ruhigeren Seite neben der Warschauer Str., nur ein paar Gehminuten & full life im Simon-Dach-Kiez ist vorhanden. Kleiner mini-Park, 24h REWE, Aldi und Getränkemarkt um die Ecke & noch eine relativ schöne Vielfalt der Mieterstruktur hier im Kiez.
The flat is very nice located@the relaxed side of Friedrichshain, just some minutes to walk & you have the "full-life-side"@Simon-Dach-Kiez. There is a very small Park, 24h REWE, Aldi & Drinks-Market around and a nice mixture of living people in this district.

ich suche jmd., der vor allem weiß, wie man sich liebevoll & verantwortungsbewusst um eine Wohnung kümmert.
Aber ebenso auf ein Miteinander freut, wenn ich daheim bin.

Da ich derzeit ein Masterstudium in einer anderen Stadt mache, tingel ich & werde nicht so oft daheim sein.
Möchte mich aber immer wohl und zuhause fühlen, wenn ich Heim komme.
Daher ist mir besonders wichtig, dass mein/e Mitbewohner*in verantwortungsbewusst mit der Wohnung, inkl. Energieverbrauch (Heizung, Strom etc.) und Sauberkeit umgeht!
Ich bin eine kreative, aufmerksame, lebendige & offene Sozialpädagogin, die gerne musiziert & freue mich immer über einen anregenden Austausch & philosophische Gespräche (;

Because of studying a master in an other town @ the moment, I will be not so often @ home.
