Hi there!
I am offering my room for a short-term sublet of three months (December, January and February). Entry date could be on the 23rd of November. The ending date of the sublet is not clear yet, and it could be discussed according to your preferences.
The room is fully furnished. It has a double bed, a huge desk, a couch, an armchair, a coffee table, etc.
(Sorry for the bad photo, I'm terrible at photos, but the room is way better than it looks in the picture)
The area is great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, parks and so on. The apartment is located near the U-bahn stations of Samariterstr. and Frankfurter Tor, and the S-bahn station Storkower Str.
My flatmates are adorable. Ele is a violin player (from Spain) and Arne is a philosopher and natural wine importer (from Germany). We usually use English in the flat. Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen with the windows open, but it is recommended to smoke outside. As the flat is in the ground floor, it is very easy to walk outside to have a smoke. We also have an espresso machine, so usually we make a coffee and go to the street to have it with a cigarette.
As you are going to be using my room with some of my stuff, I would like to meet you in person to see whether I find you trustworthy. I'm quite easygoing, so this shouldn't be a problem. Also, as I'm going to be away, you may use my bike while staying in my room.
