In der Straße wohnen sehr viele Familien, weshalb es tagsüber sehr lebendig ist 😊, abends aber sehr ruhig. Auch immer mehr Cafés und Eisdielen öffnen hier, sodass vor allem im Sommer eine wirklich schöne Stimmung draußen ist.
Und natürlich sind auch die üblichen Friedrichshainer HotSpots nicht weit entfernt. In 7 Minuten ist man fußläufig beim Boxhagener Platz, wo samstags immer ein Selfmade und Obst/Gemüse Markt und sonntags regelmäßig ein Flohmarkt stattfindet. In 15 Minuten schafft man es vorbei an den zahlreichen Cafés und Bars zu Fuß zum Ostkreuz.
Von der Anbindung her könnte es nicht besser sein! In 5 Minuten ist man bei der Haltestelle Frankfurter Allee, von wo aus die Ringbahn und die U5 fahren (Alex in 10 min und Hauptbahnhof in 17 Minuten). Vor der Haustür fährt außerdem die Straßenbahn zum Boxhagener Platz und zur Warschauer Straße.

There are many families living nearby, so it is very lively during the day and quiet in the evening. During the summer there is such a great atmosphere because of all the small coffee places and Ice cream shops.
And of course, the usual Hotspots are not far away. In 7 minutes, you reach Boxhagener Platz by foot, where there is a self-made fruits/veggies market on Saturdays and a regular flea market on Sundays. Also, in 15 minutes you can walk past the numerous cafes and bars to Ostkreuz.
Concerning transportation, it couldn't be any better! In 5 minutes, you're at the Frankfurter Allee station, where the Ringbahn brings you everywhere, and the U5 drives directly to Alexander Platz (10 minutes) and Central Station (17 minutes). There is also a tram to Boxhagener Platz and Warschauer Straße just in front of the flat door.

Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist Anfang 30, berufstätig (meistens in Home Office) und steht bereits Mitten im Leben. Sie ist bei Direktheit sehr entspannt und entgegenkommend. Es wird alles offen angesprochen und aufeinander eingegangen. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr locker, ruhig und ausgeglichen. Ab und an quatscht man in der Küche und wenn es sich ergibt, kann man z.B. zusammen kochen oder Brettspiele spielen. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der sehr gut funktioniert (Sauberkeit ist mir sehr(!) wichtig, damit die Wohnung immer schön uns sauber aussieht). Wichtig ist aber vor allem, dass man sich versteht, einander mag, rücksichtvoll ist und sich nicht aus dem Weg geht und dass du offen kommunizieren kannst, wenn dich etwas stört.

Your new flatmate is in her early 30s, works (mostly in home office), and already has an established life. She is as long as everything is clear very relaxed and chill. Everything is discussed openly. The flat dynamic is very relaxed, quiet, and balanced. Every now and then we chat in the kitchen and when it comes up, we could cook together or do other plans like play board games. There is a cleaning schedule that works well (cleanliness is very(!) important and every common area remains clean and tidy). But the most important thing is that we understand each other, are respectful, like each other, and openly communicate with each other, especially when there is a need of discussing uncomfortable topics.

- Ich suche jemanden gerne für 6 Monate und solange man sich gut versteht gerne für etwas länger.
- Du sollst Hündinnen mögen, da eine Hündin öfters zu Besuch kommt (sie bellt nicht, ist stubenrein und sehr lieb) und bald eine eigene die Wohnung ergänzt.
- Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (wirst du sehen), immerhin gab es in letzter Zeit einige Neuanschaffungen. Dein Zimmer ist ein freier Canvas und da darfst du kreativ werden. Es ist mir wichtig, dass du verstehst, dass es sich um meine Möbel/Geräte/Sachen handelt und du mit allem gut und respektvoll umgehst.
- Das Zimmer ist bereits ab dem 01.05. frei und wird nur an dich gemietet, also Besucher gehen doch klar, aber man bespricht schon vorab wie lange sie bleiben. Untervermieten ist nicht erlaubt und wenn du also die Idee toll findest in einer ruhigen großräumigen Wohnung zu leben, dann bist du herzlich eingeladen.

- I am looking to rent the room for a period of 6 months and if it turns out well and we understand each other maybe for a longer period.
- You must like dogs because there is a loving dog that comes often to the flat (she doesn’t bark, is very clean, and is super sweet), and hopefully, soon, there will be a small-mid flat dog 😊
- The apartment is very well equipped (you will see) since there have been some new acquisitions lately. Your room is a free canvas and you can get creative there. It is important that you are aware that I have taken the time and effort to make this place as beautiful as possible (still in progress) and that all furniture/equipment/amenities are mine and I expect you to be careful with everything and be respectful.
- The room is already available from the first of Mai and will be rented just to you, meaning, you are free to bring visitors and they can stay for the time we agree, but they can’t move in with you. Subletting is also not allowed…So, if you can see yourself living in a big and quiet flat with one flatmate you are more than welcome to see the apartment 😉

Ich bin Ale, komme aus Kolumbien und bin wegen Studium in 2013 nach Berlin gekommen. Ich arbeite in der Logistik… hier gibt es ein Vorteil für dich, welchen du erfährst, falls du eingeladen wirst😉 ich bin gerne viel unterwegs, genieße aber auch gern mal die ruhigen Momente zuhause. Ich treibe gerne Sport, wie z.B.
