Hello everyone!
The room is nice and spacious, it will come with the bed, desk/chair and clothes rack you see on the pictures.
We have a small apartment, but super well located, between Ostkreuz and Treptowerpark. Everyone gets along really well and we'd like to keep this going. Atm it's a French speaking wg but we're happy to welcome anyone in.
We can try to push for an Anmeldung, but it's not guaranteed.
In the flatshare we have Anaïs, 21 years old doing an internship in HR, and Bastian 24 years old working in finance and currently between two jobs.
We're looking for someone to take over my room while we finish the contract we have with the landlord (private one). It's super well located and cozy, but very expensive, so I'm taking another lease and Anaïs and Bastian are returning to France at the end of December. If you fall in love with the flat there would always be a possibility to ask to take over the apartment (until now the landlord only offered us one-year contracts but we've already been able to renew them twice).
