We are looking for someone to fill the free room in our young and fun flatshare.
The apartment:
The room itself is quite big (22 sqm), very bright and with wodden floors. It will be available half-furnished with a mattress, sofa and a rack and some storage space for clothes.
The apartment is also big (124 sqm) and it is newly renovated and located on the 4th floor of an old building in the vibrant Boxhagener Platz.
The flat is made up of 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a HUGE bathroom, a half bathroom and a storage room. It is also fully equipped with washer, dishwasher, induction stoves, etc.
All public transport is within walking-distance with a U5 station 6 minutes away and the Ostkreuz station 10 minutes away. The area is also filled with every type restaurant, cute cafés and amazing spätis.
The 570€/month rent includes everything (electricity, gas, internet).
About us:
You will be living with Seli, Lucas and Alessandro.
Selly is a Berlin-native and talented artist sharing her time between Berlin and London.
Lucas is Brazilian, works in marketing at OneFootball during the day and is an amazing drummer for his band at night (not in the house, don’t worry).
Alessandro is Italian and just moved to Berlin to print organs as part of his PhD at Charité.
The room is available now with an initial contract until March/April as some room roulette might happen afterwards.
We would like to keep the nice community that we have built in our flat so we are looking for someone for more than just filling up a room.
