I'm moving out of my bedroom in a shared flight, 3rd Floor, with one more roommate -in Gärtnerstraße, Friedrichshain.
the room is to the back which is really nice bc it’s super quiet & you have morning light.
Everything is furnished as of right now and I don't want to deal with having to sell big furniture so it would be great if you take it over.
I bought most of the stuff a bit more than a year ago just to give you an idea on what I spent:
Bed+Matress 550
Table 30
Mirror 50
Chair 30
Carpet 35
Bedside Table 15
Bedside Lamp 25
Laundry Bag 10
Drawer 50
Desk + little Drawer 30
Curtain 20
Lampshade 10
Trash can 5
Free Standing Closet 35

Total of 1075
But as I've been using most of it for a year I'm willing to pass it on for 600 Euro, which is a total steal bc all you have to bring is yourself and some sheets and towels. (I can even leave some towels tbh)
Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & basement storage space. We have a little courtyard to lock your bike up too. There is also an elevator in the building. The contract will be a long-term (unbefristet) contract with Anmeldung possible!
As of right now I pay 410 - it might go up a bit due to the rising energy costs but I guess we’ll have to wait for winter to pass to know that + 82 Euro side costs for Insurance, Wifi, whatever (it's all listed in the contract :)
If you are interested pls tell me the exact dates which would work for you (ideally we could do end of January so you get a few days with my roomie before he leaves on vacation Feb1st to 14th, otherwise start with Feb 15th)
Pls write a little intro about yourself, what you do for a living, and what a normal day looks like to you? How old are you? Do you smoke? In a relationship? Do you cook at home? Are you planning to stay in Berlin long term? If possbile send me a picture or a social media link so I know you're a real person :)
Thank you so much,
Hope to read from you soon
Nadine
Ps. Closing applications Sunday evening and will reach out to you by Monday if it seems like a fit :)
I really love this area, the price is standard for the neighborhood, it’s super save and there is 50+ restaurants in 10 min walking distance. Connection to public transportation is fantastic and reachable within 10 min (or less) walking: S+U-Bahn: Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz (all about 10 min walking)
Tram: M10, M21, M13 (5-10 min walking)
Bus: 240 (takes you directly to Ostbahnhof or Ostkreuz - 2 min walking)
My Roommate is a super chill guy who’s a musician and owns a music studio in Lichtenberg (but don’t worry he never plays instruments at home) In general he’s very clean and respectful, always up for a beer or some chats, a great roomie all in all who I very much enjoyed living with.
We also have a cleaning lady which comes every two weeks and we take turns in paying her which is about 25Euro on top. We also have a drink delivery service where you can order what you want (like beer or sparkling water) and they bring the bottles and pick them up.
