The room is 30m2 with a big balcony of 7m2 facing our garden, which makes it calm and bright. It's already fully furnished with a bed, sofa, chairs, cupboard, hangers and basic furniture, but you're welcome to bring more and make it as comfortable as you want.
The flat is 82m2 in total and is located on the 1st floor. It's a renovated old building, so very high ceilings and well isolated (sound and temperature). We'll share a very cozy kitchen/living room of 16m2, fully equipped where we can cook some great meals and hang out, as well as a nice bathroom with a bathtub and very powerful hot water shower. The other room is on the opposite side of the corridor, so sounds don't pass through the rooms when both doors are closed.
The price of the room is 650 including all charges and will be available from Beginning of January.
It’s for a long term the anmeldung possible, but the first contract will be for 3 months, just to be sure both roommate’s vibes are fitting.
Regarding the apartment, it’s located in the middle of Neue Bahnhofstrasse, near Ostkreuz.
For me, it's definitely my favorite area, with very nice bars and restaurants around and all the right public transport to go around the city (S-Bahn: Ring, to the city center and more / tram M21, M13 / buses 240, 194, / Train: 20 min to the airport).
Looking for someone nice and calm - between respecting each other space/intimacy and spending some nice time speaking in the kitchen sometimes. This is more about sharing a space and having a good friendly vibe, than a 'community wg'.
I'm mostly working from home, but always in a vortex of doing lots of things at the same time, due to my activities.
Nevertheless, I do like spending time with my roommate and speak about music, spirituality or planning some activities together (cooking, clubbing, sport, cleaning the flat).
About me:
French, living in Berlin for over 8 years, organizing Techno/Ambient events and DJ.
Half of the year, I'm traveling (like 1 week on 2), so also looking for someone that would take care of my baby cat Hiroo, while I'm away.
