Mein Zimmer wird für einen Monat zur Verfügung stehen. Es ist leider keine Verlängerung möglich! Es ist uns wichtig, dass diese Tatsache zur Kenntnis genommen wird, also bestätige dies bitte ganz kurz in deiner Nachricht.
Das Zimmer (27m²) wird mit einem Bett, einer Couch und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet sein (der Rest auf dem Foto ist weg).
Es ist das erste Zimmer auf der linken Seite nach der Eingangstür, direkt gegenüber der Küche, mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, weil es keine Durchgangsstraße ist.
Du teilst das Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. In der Küche können alle Geräten benutzt werden. Du hast dein eigenes Regal im Kühlschrank, aber größere sachen wie Öl, Salz und so werden gemeinsam genutzt.

My room will be available for one month. There will be no extension possible! It is important to us that this fact is acknowledged, so please confirm this in your message.
The room (27m²) will be equipped with a bed, a couch and a desk (the rest of the stuff on the photo will be gone).
It is the first room on the left after entering the main door, straight accross from the kitchen, looking out on the front street. The street is really quiet because it's not a go-through street.
You will share the bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine. In the kitchen you can use all equipment. You will have your own shelve in the fridge but things like olive oil, salt, etc will be shared.
Es ist eine eher ruhige Gegend in Friedrichshain, gleich in der Nähe des Frankfurter Tors. Es gibt 1 Späti in der Nähe, die sehr freundlich sind und man kann Locals aus der Nachbarschaft treffen.
Cafés und Bars im belebteren Teil Friedrichshains sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Straßenbahnen M10 und 21 sind in der Nähe (Bersarinplatz), und die U5 ist nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Kiezmarkt. Wenn man sich ein wenig mehr Zeit nimmt, findet man auch größere Supermärkte in fußläufiger Entfernung.

It's a more quiet area of Friedrichshain, just up the road from Frankfurter Tor. There is 1 späti nearby, who are very kind and you can meet locals from the neighbourhood.
For cafés and bars you have the busy Friedrichshain within walking distance.
I enjoyed finding some more interesting places nearby like Tilsiter theater and bar.
The trams M10 and 21 are close, and U5 is only 5 to 10 min walk. Around thr corner you will find a little Kiezmarkt. When you take a little more time you will find also in walkable distance bigger supermarkets.
Du wirst mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammenleben, Michèle und EJ.
Wir leben zwar unser eigenes Leben, aber Interaktion ist uns sehr wichtig. Wir finden es schön, wenn die Türen nicht ständig zu sind und die Leute offen sind, um in das Zimmer des anderen zu gehen, um zu plaudern, Fragen zu stellen oder einfach nur Hallo zu sagen. In dieser WG respektieren wir es, wenn Menschen etwas Zeit für sich selbst brauchen, solange dies durch Interaktion ausgeglichen wird, vielleicht durch gemeinsames Kochen ab und zu und vielleicht ein Spiel, einen Drink oder eine andere Aktivität.

You will live with two roommates, Michèle and EJ.
While we do live our own lives, interaction is really important. We prefer no closed doors all the time and people being open to walk in eachothers room for a chat, question or just to say hi. In this WG we respect when people need some time to themselves, as long as it is balanced with interaction, maybe some cooking together now and then and maybe a game, drink or other activity.

Da es sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG handelt, suchen wir eine gesellige Person mit einem eher ruhigen Lebensstil.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
