What you get is a lovely spacious and bright room, featuring a double bed, desk, clothing rail,loads of unneccessary details and access to the balcony, centrally located in the heart of Berlin. :)
I won't be in my room as I am traveling, but my two lovely flatmate will take care of you, help you with anything you need to know about Berlin/the flat/etc., get you a coffee when you need. ;)
We created this home with ( tons of sticky sugary ) love, and would love you to treat it with respect, too.
Ideally I'm looking for a person that would rent the room for the whole period (That wil suite him/her), that's 400 all incl. internet, bills, balcony view.
I guess this would suit someone who's here to look for a flat or someone on a very long holiday, ha :)

s-banh and u-bahn "Warschauer Straße" is just a 5 minutes walk away (10 from there to Alexanderplatz, 15 to Friedrichstraße, and literally anywhere else in 20). Tram very near, taking you to "Mauerpark" for example. ....shops, cafe, bars, restaurants, weekly markets, ice cream never more that a footstep away ;)
We're all cool and relaxed and used to people staying short-term in our house - we know what you need...WiFi and coffee hahaha ;). This is no party house, we've all got jobs and commitments, but always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen.
The room to rent is mine, as I go to Turkey.
I will stay there without any time and hope that I find a hot Turkish I can get married and stay there forever;)
The contract is set up as subletting.
