I'm moving out from Berlin but still working here, so untill I meet agreement regarding remote work etc. I would like to keep the flat.
You will be living by yourself and you can use living room as well. May be in rare case of DB strike I would sleep over on sofa, but in any case we wont see each other often.
Appartment is furnished, there is washing machine and dishwacher, filter coffee machine etc. Gas stowe for cooking.
Living room has 2 sofas, dining table, book shelf (I didn't make photo of it as it is full of boxes right now).
Your room is furnished with bed, wardrobes, small commode. Small french balcony and windows facing east.
Location is qute good - U8 and M10 in 2 min walk. Mauer park in 10 min walk.
I don't know what to write more, if you have questions write me.
Building has nice common garden with picknick table and few benches. Also you can park your bicycle there. Nice and adequate neighbors.
