ich suche eine zwischenmieter/in für den zeitraum 15.12.19 - 15.01.20 (daten nach absprache auch etwas flexibel) für mein hübsches, gemütliches 16qm möbliertes zimmer, inklusive stuck, dielen, hohen decken und altbaucharme im 1.OG meiner 2 zimmer wohnung. es gibt eine badewanne, eine abstellkammer, die küche ist ziemlich groß :)
es gibt am zimmer meiner mitbewohnerin auch einen kleinen balkon :)

I'm looking for someone from 15.12.19 - 15.01.20 renting my nice and cosy 16 sqm furnished room, with stuck, wooden floor and high ceilings. two room apartment on the first floor. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, we have a washing machine and the kitchen is quite big with everything you'll need:)
My roommate has a little balcony to her room :)
vor dem haus befindet sich eine bushaltestelle, dort verkehren die linien M27 und 255. innerhalb 1 minute fußweg erreichst du auch die s bahn station wollankstr, wo du die linien s1 und s25 benutzen kannst. die tramlinien 50 und m13 fahren auch, allerdings erst ab osloer str/prinzenallee, das sind dann ungefähr 10min fußweg.
man wohnt ecke gesundbrunnen, ist aber in 2 minuten in pankows schönen straßen :)
du hast viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der tür.
In front of the house is a busstop, with line M27 and 255, around the corner you'll find another busstop with further lines. within a minute you'll be at the s-bahn stop wollankstraße, where you'll finde the lines s1 and s25.
die tram 50 and m13 is just down the road like 10 minutes walking.
you live in the area of gesundbrunnen but you are super quickly in the nice streets of pankow:) you have a lot of different shopping opportunities right in front of the door.
du würdest für den monat zusammen mit marie und ihrem kleinen hund wohnen.
kurz zu marie: sie ist 23 und studiert modedesign, mag kunst/kreativen kram und gute musik.
sie ist offen für zeit zusammen, sei es vegan kochen in der wohnung oder ausstellungen oder flohmärkte. das ergibt sich ja wenn von selbst :) sie hat einen kleinen, lieben und kuschligen hund, wäre also super schön wenn du tiere magst:)
natürliche macht ein respektvoller umgang miteinander die zeit am schönsten, was auch müll wegbringen, putzen oder generell acht auf die wohnung geben, betrifft. es ist keine party wgツツツ
du kannst dich auf einen entspannten monat in meinem zimmer freuen, vielleicht hilft dir mein zimmer um eine wg in berlin zu finden oder eifach einen schönen monat in berlin zu erleben. mach es dir schön!ツ
you would live together with marie and her super sweet dog for the month.
marie is 23 and studies fashion design, likes art,creative things and good music.
she is open to spend time together like cooking vegan food at home, going to an exhibition or to a flea market. she has this sweet, little and cuddly dog so it would be nice of you like animals as well.
treating each other and the apartment respectfully makes living together way nicer, including things like cleaning, bringing trash down or just being aware of things and its not a party wgツツツ
you can look forward to a nice and relaxing month in my room maybe it helps you to find your own room in berlin and you'll just enjoy living here for one month. happy days!! ツ
