Ich bin Schriftstellerin und verreise für zwei Monate nach Los Angeles, daher vermiete ich mein schönes, 25Qm großes Zimmer für 7 Wochen unter. Morgens hat man viel Sonnenlicht, durch die beiden Fenster eröffnet sich die Sicht auf den Besitz Gesundbrunnen. Es gibt eine Xbox, einen großen Flachbildfernseher, Sofa, Queensize-Bett, Spiegelschrank, in dem Platz gemacht würde, und viele Bücher. Gute Matratze und Naturbettdecke. Da die Wände extrem dick sind, hat man Privatssphäre - man hört weder Nachbarn noch den Mitbewohner (der ohnehin sehr ruhig ist).
In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht - Mikrowelle, Hochleistungsmixer, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemühle. Im geräumigen Bad eine Wanne zum Baden.
Für die gesamten 7 Wochen 1000 Euro Warmmiete; ansonsten pro Woche 150 Euro.
I'm a novelist travelling to LA for two months so I'm subletting my beautiful granny-style 25qm room for 7 weeks. There is a lot of sunlight in the morning and a great view from the 4th floor. There is an Xbox, large TV, sofa, queensize bed, mirrored closet, good mattrace and natural fabric blanket. The walls are very thick so you can listen to loud music and you'll never hear neighbors or your roommate (who is very quiet and private anyway).
The kitchen has everything you need - microwave, high speed blender, water cooker, coffee mill. The large bathroom has a bathtub.
1000 Euros for 7 weeks or 150 per week.
Dank der Lage ist man an die U8, die U9, die Ringbahn, die S2, S25, S1 und den Fernverkehr angebunden. Jeder Supermarkt außer Edeka ist um die Ecke, dazu das Gesundbrunnencenter und unzählige Essmöglichkeiten. Die F-Bar ist direkt vor der Tür und zum Rosenthaler Platz sind es 3 U-Bahnstationen. Direkt nebenan ist der Humboldthain, in dem man den Flakturm hochwandern (oder joggen) kann.
U8, U9, Circle Line, S2, S25 and S1 as well as long distance trains are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Every supermarket except Edeka is also within walking distance, as well as a huge shopping center. Three stops to Rosenthaler Platz in Mitte and right next door is the Humboldthain park where you can walk or jog up a hill - rare in Berlin! :)
Mein bester Freund Julian wird dein Mitbewohner - ein umgänglicher Philosophiestudent, der an seiner Masterarbeit sitzt und wirklich alles kann außer früh aufstehen. Er ist ruhig und entspannt und benutzt die Küche nicht so oft. :-)
My best friend Julian will be your roommate - an easy going, quiet philosophy student working on his master's thesis. He can do about anything except get up early. You won't see him around the kitchen too often, but ask him about Magic the Gathering. :)
