24m2 in 2 Person WG im Altbau Wedding (ab Ende 20)

Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen Wedding-Kiez zwischen der Osloer Str. und der Panke. Der U-Bahnhof Osloer Str. (U8 und U9) ist in wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und der nächste (S-)Bahnhof (Gesundbrunnen) nur zwei Station weiter.

Das Essen und anderen Kram besorgen, ist besonders angenehm hier: Ein Kaufland-Supermarkt ist ca. 5-10 Minute entfernt. Auch Apotheken, Bäcker, Dönner-Bude, Cafés etc., alles „in Sichtweite“ ... und auch das Gesundbrunnen-Center mit vielen weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich bin übrigens Jan-Phillipp, ich bin 35 und bin freier Event-Producer für Veranstaltungen im Marketing. Ich arbeite dadurch auch meist von zuhause, aber bin auch des Öfteren für einige Tage im Monat in Deutschland/Welt unterwegs.
Ich fotografiere und boulder gerne (letzteres recht regelmäßig) und bin ein kleiner Serien- und Film-Junkie.
Weiter ist vielleicht zu erwähnen, dass ich schwul bin, aber das sollte ja auch kein Problem sein.

Ich suche nicht nach einem Familienersatz, aber mal in der Küche/aufm Balkon gemeinsamen kochen oder einfach nur ein Bier/Wein trinken sollte auch nichts außergewöhnliches sein. Grundsätzlich wäre mir ein Mitbewohner mit geregeltem Tagesablauf lieb und der sich grundsätzlich vorstellen kann auf länger zusammen zu wohnen. (Mit meinem bisherigen MBs habe ich 2-6 Jahre zusammen gewohnt).

Ich werde mir demnächst einen Hund zulegen. Also wäre gut, wenn du nichts dagegen hättest, sonder eher auch ein Hunde-Mensch bist. Aber natürlich keine Sorge, im Regen / schlecht Wetter, gehe ich natürlich mit dem Vierbeiner raus.

Falls dich das alles nicht abgeschreckt sondern eher interessiert hat, dann melde dich doch einfach und wir gucken mal, wie es weitergeht.

Hi,
My former flatmate is moving out, to live with his girlfriend and that is why I’m looking for a new one.
The room has 24m2. The flat is bright (96m2) and in the 3th floor. The flat has everything you might need, incl. dishwasher, dryer and a cleaning-lady. As well as a living room - paid and therefore mostly used by me, but you are always welcome, as well as on the balcony!
The rent includes also high speed internet (500MBit/s) and Netflix 😉.

The flat is in a upcoming neighborhood and pretty near to the underground station “Osloer Str.” with the lines U8 and U9. A train station (Gesundbrunnen) is 15 minutes by foot away.

The daily shopping is easy, a supermarket is 5-10min away and many other shops and even a big shopping mall are within walking distance.

My name is Jan-Phillipp, I’m 35 and I’m working as a event manager (freelancer). Therefore I'm often working from home, but I'm also sometimes gone for some days/month. I like bouldering, theatre, photography, music and films. That I’m gay shouldn’t be a problem, obviously.
My former flatmates and I used to live with each-other for two - up to six years. I know, I can't expect to reach this again, but it's maybe worth a try? 😉 - No, but I'm not looking for someone just on a stop-over.
