The room must be rented through Housinganywhere. I have a contract until October 1st, as you can see on the website, but Univeristies are closed and I want to go back home. It can be rented for up to 12 months, and at least 6. If you rent it for less than 12 months, you can still later prolong it. It is available immediately, you just have to contact the owner through the website. Nonetheless, please let me know if you do so I am in the loop. Note that for bookings until June 30th, the booking fee on Housinganywhere is suspended, so you only have to pay the deposit and the first month of rent and the room is yours

Roomates are very quiet and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for any needs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The room is not very big but it has a very big closet (not very visible in the pictures on the website, but I can send you a picture if you care) and a nice big sofa bed

Die Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhig und sauber und die Küche ist für alle Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist von der Toilette getrennt. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber es hat einen sehr großen Schrank (auf den Bildern auf der Website nicht sehr gut sichtbar, aber ich kann Ihnen ein Bild schicken, wenn Sie sich interessieren) und ein schönes großes Schlafsofa
