Wir vermieten zwei Zimmern. Beide sind 12qm groß und beide kosten 320 EUR pro Monat. Sie sind hell und haben Südfenster, originale Dielen und sogar Fake Stuck :) Das eine ist perfekt quadratisch, hat zwei Fenster und wird frisch gestrichen. Das andere ist eher lang, hat ein Fenster und wird nicht gestrichen. Beide werden unmöbliert übergeben. Falls das gewünscht wird, könnten wir auch eine Matratze organisieren.
Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine (sehr wichtig für WG Frieden 😉) und Multifunktions-Küchenmaschine. Wir haben da auch ein Sofa und einen Esstisch. Im Bad gibt's eine Badewanne und fancy Wasserhahn..

We're renting out two rooms. Both of them are 12sqm and both of them cost 320 EUR per month. They're bright and have windows facing the south side, original wooden floor and even fake ornaments at the ceiling. One of the rooms is a perfect squad, has two windows and will be freshly painted. The other one is rather long, has one window and won't be painted. Both of them are unfurnished. On a request we can organise a mattress for you.
The flat is in general in a very good shape, because it was renovated two years ago (before our move). The kitchen is fully equipped. That includes a dishwasher and a multifunctional kitchen robot. There's also a sofa and a wooden table. In the bathroom there's a bath tub and a fancy water tap.

Die WG befindet sich im Soldiner Kiez in Gesundbrunnen / Wedding. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber es ist nur wenige Minuten bis zur Osloer Straße, wo die Tram fährt. Ansonsten, in 8 Minuten ist man am S-Bahnhof Bornholmer Straße (gute Nord-Süd Anbindung S1 S2 S25 S26 S8 S85), 12 Minuten braucht man zum U-Bahnhof Pankstraße (U8).
Im Kiez gibt es ein paar Restaurants und Cafes. Auf dem Elisabeth Friedhof (am Ende der Freienwalder Str.) entsteht der Gemeinschaftsgarten ElisaBeet, wo wir auch mitmachen. In der Nähe verlaufen Pankeweg und Mauerweg. An der Panke kann man gut chillen, joggen oder spazieren gehen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell weg von der Stadt in Richtung Norden und kann die Natur genießen.

Our WG is in Soldiner Kiez neighbourhood in Gesundbrunnen / Wedding district. We live in a quiet side street, but it's next to a bigger street Osloer Straße where the tram stop is. You need about 8 minutes to reach S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße (good north-south connection with S1 S2 S25 S26 S8 S85) and 12 minutes to U-Bahn Pankstraße (U8).
In the neighbourhood you can find some good restaurants and cafes. At the Elisabeth Cemetery (at the end of our street) an urban garden project is being created and we're also a part of it. Not far from the flat there are walking / biking trails Pankeweg and Mauerweg. The river Panke is a nice spot for chilling, jogging or taking a walk. If you go by bike in the direction north then you're quickly outside the busy city and can enjoy the nature.

Paula, Adam und Johannes haben die WG vor 2.5 Jahren gegründet. Jetzt ziehen Johannes und Adam aus und wir suchen einen Untermieter für Zwischenmiete bevor wir die Wohnung aufgeben.
Paula ist 24 und studiert Biotechnologie. Sie ist zurzeit noch ziemlich beschäftigt mit der Bachelor Arbeit. Zurzeit verbringen wir ziemlich viel Zeit zu Hause und kochen immer gerne. Wir haben eine große Brettspielesammlung und würden uns über einen Mitspieler freuen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass du eher gemütlich und entspannt bist, weil die WG für uns ein Rückzugsort ist. Trotzdem solltest du die Haushaltpflichten nicht vernachlässigen 😉

Paula, Adam and Johannes started the WG 2.5 years ago. Now Adam and Johannes are moving out and we're searching for a tenant before we give back the flat.
Paula is 24 and studies biotechnology. She's currently quite busy with her bachelor thesis. We currently spend quite a lot of time at home and cook often. We have a big board game collection and would be happy to find somebody who also likes playing. It's important for us that you're chilled, because the flat for us is a space to load the batteries. Nevertheless you should also remember about the WG duties 😉

Es gibt keine Kaution aber wir möchten die Miete für die gesamten drei Monate im Voraus. In den angegebenen Nebenkosten ist auch schon Internet, Strom und GEZ dabei.

We don't take a deposit, but we'd like to get the rent for the three months in advance. In the total rent there's everything included - internet, electricity and a fee for TV and radio.
