Da ich ab August ein Auslandssemester mache, suche ich einen Untermieter für mein schönes Zimmer in einer tollen WG. Das Zimmer ist zwischen dem 8. August und dem 28. Oktober verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist auch unmöbliert, aber das Bett bleibt drin, so dass ihr die Freiheit habt, das Zimmer so einzurichten, wie ihr es wollt :)

hey guys, As I am doing a semester abroad starting in August, I am looking for a subtenant for my nice room in a great shared flat. The room is available between 8 August and 28 October. The room is mostly unfurnished but the bed will stay inside so you have a place to sleep, but also the freedom to arrange the room the way you want it. :)
Beste Lage, in Gesundbrunnen, wenige Minuten entfernt ist der Tram, u8,u9 und die Ring Bahn ist auch nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind da, so wie ein Spati direkt vor dem Haus!

Du wirst mit Janika (24), die gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie schreibt und Chloe (23), die Medizin studiert zusammenleben. Wir haben die WG gemeinsam gegründet und hier eine schöne Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du auch gerne etwas gemeinsam unternehmen möchtest (Kochabend etc.), ist aber kein Muss 😉 .

You will live with: Janika (24) who is currently writing her master's thesis in psychology and Chloe (23) who is studying medicine. We have founded the shared flat together and have created a nice atmosphere here. We would be happy if you would also like to do something together (cooking evening etc.) but it's not a must 😉
Es wird eine Kaution von 100€ erhoben.
Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine etc.).
Balkon ist auch für alle vorhanden!
