Hey!
Ich bin Pablo, 29. Mein Mitbewohner hat den Schritt gewagt, mit seiner Freundin zusammenzuziehen und jetzt suche ich nach einem/einer netten Mitbewohner*in.
Die WG ist eine 2er WG in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung (also ein Wohnzimmer ist drin!). Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wasch-, Spül-, und Siebträgermaschine (3 unterschiedliche Geräte, selbstverständlich ;) ). Es sind auch 2 Badezimmer (1 x Dusche + Waschbecken; 1x Toilette+Waschbecken). Im großen Wohnzimmer sind ein großer Fernseher mit eine Nintendo zum evtl. zocken, ein großer Tisch wo Spiele gespielt werden, ein Regal mit den auf dem Tisch bespielte Spiele und ein Balkon mit einem Gasgrill, der gerne das ganze Jahr über angeschmissen wird, zu finden. Sonst sind zwei Schlafzimmer dort, deins und meins mit einer Größe von 12 m2.
Die Lage ist super. Ein Supermarkt sowie unzählige spätis sind (fast) vor der Haustür. Die S-Bhf Wollankstr ist 6 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zu mir: ich bin im Ingenieurbereich berufstätig und arbeite Vollzeit. Nach Feierabend genieße ich ein kurzes Plaudern, zusammen Kochen, gelegentlich ein Bier, aber bis nicht allzu spät, da ich eher früh (6 Uhr morgens) los muss. Meine Ruhe ist mir unter der Woche deshalb sehr wichtig. Am Wochenende oder auch manchmal unter der Woche gehe ich ins Fitnessstudio, Rennrad fahren, wandern oder in den kalten Jahreszeiten Brettspiele spielen.
1. Btw: wir hatten bisher eine Putzkraft, die zweimal pro Monat die Wohnung geputzt hat. Der Preis dafür ist bereits in den 450€ berücksichtigt.
2. Btw: das Zimmer ist aktuell möbliert. Alles, was drin ist, gehört mein Ex-Roomie. Du kannst entweder alles übernehmen für 100-150€ (bin mir nicht sicher, müsste ich nachfragen) oder die Sachen kommen raus.
Wenn du auf ein rücksichtsvolles, ungezwungenes Miteinander Lust hast, dann lass uns einen Termin zur Besichtigung vereinbaren!

I'm Pablo, 29 y.o. My roomie decided to move in with his girlfriend and now I'm looking for someone chill to take up his room!. The flat is located near the S-Bahn Wollankstr so Supermarkets, droguerías and a mall are easily reachable.
The flat has 2 bedrooms (yours and mine, around 12 m2), a living room (25m2; youl find a couple plants, a big TV, a big table for board games and acces to the balcony!), a fully equipped kitchen (9m2; washing machine, dish washer, espresso machine, you name it!), 1 toilet room and one shower room.
About me: I'm working full time as a chemical engineer. After work I sometimes go to the gym, rode a couple km on my road bike, cook and/or drink a beer with my roomie. I do like to spend the weeknights calmly as I usually wake up really early for work. On the weekend I like to go for a hike, ride the bicycle or if it's too cold, spend the day playing boardgames. I also love going to restaurants and gather new food experiences! clean tidy communal rooms are a must, but I don't have much time outside work and having fun, that's why we used to have somebody come clean the flat twice a month. This is already included in the 450€.
If you think we could match as roomies, I'd love to hear from you. If you're available to visit, I'd propose the 16.10.
Btw. The room is furnished, as my roomie hasn't picked up his stuff. You can either keep the stuff for a small fee (I think he said something around 100-150€, but I'd have to double check) or he can pick everything up.
