It is a 35-square-meter private room in a shared apartment with another young adult. The apartment is 85 square meters, with me (the host) in the other room.
The room is large and bright, with two sofas and plenty of natural light. One of the sofas will be used as a 120x200 bed for a single person or a couple.
You will also benefit from having me around :) if needed. I will advise you on the best clubs, dining places, and tourist attractions.
The room is perfect for a weekend visit to Berlin, for a couple or a single person. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with no elevator)
The room includes:
a dining table that can also be used as a desk,
a large smart TV, and
three large windows with views of Berlin.
The majority of the furniture in the room is handcrafted in a highly skilled manner.
With a shared bathroom and kitchen.
The area is one of the most vibrant in the city, with a diverse range of dining options.
Please be aware that I have a labrador at home; he may or may not be present at the time of your visit, but if you are allergic to dogs, please reconsider.
