I am renting a room in my cosy flat in the Soldiner Strasse (Mitte/Wedding). The flat is a 60 sqm Altbau on a second floor in a calm area with some shops around.
Very well connected, you have the Tram 50 and M13 at 3 min walk as well U-bahn Osloer Strasse (U8 to Neuköln and U9 to Steglitz) at 5 min walk.
The room, rented for 550 €, is 16 sqm, can be furnished with a desk/chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the rest of the flat furnished.
The rent includes all charges (electricity, heating, building costs, etc..) only Internet is to be payed on top (20€ per month).
The building courtyard is very spacious and can be used in summer.
Anmeldung possible.
Documents requested are Schufa (solicitar ahora) , work contract and last 3 salary slips. Without these documents, the room will not be rented.

I am a 35 years old Italian woman. I am vegan, interested in animal rights, plants, gardening and long walks. I am at the moment busy with all sort of things but always open to have a nice chat in the kitchen and cook together. No party house and no smoking.
I can speak Italian, English and German (leaning).
