I am sub-renting my room for 1 month. There's a possibility you can rent the room/apartment for longer term, but for now we don't know.
The room is quite and cosy. It's not huge but there's a wardrobe just outside the room so you don't need to keep everything in the room, and can actually have a lot of space. There's a bed, a table, a chair, and couple of furnitures for your things. The sunlight comes into the room for a few hours during the day. The window in the room is facing the in-yard so it's very quite, no car noise.
I believe Greifekiez is the most beautiful neighbourhood in Berlin. Lots of cafe's, restaurants, the cannel is right next to it. It's very alive in late summer, there's a little park in front of the house, and Hassen Heidi right next door, plus Tempelhof 10min bike ride. There are many supermarkets at a walking distance, from Bio Company to Penny, etc. There's a hardware store (Bauhaus) within 5min walking distance. Many späti's around, and it's just the best.
Your roomate Saif is a UX/UI designer working from home. He like to play vinyls and hang out in the living room. The living room is together with the kitchen, very spacious, and fun to hang out at. The kitchen is 100% equipped, there's lots of space for cooking, and we like to keep it tidy, both the living room kitchen and the rest of the house. There were never noise complains, and in general all the windows are facing in-yard which makes it very relaxed and chill atmosphere.
We clean the apartment once a week, you would either need to clean the floor or the surfaces.
If you are fun, easy going, responsible for yourself, tidy, and would like to live in the best neighbourhood in Berlin, then this place is made for you! Please write in the beginning of the message Greifekiez! for me to know that you read the post.
