Hallo zukünftiger Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin!
Bei uns ist AB SOFORT UND BIS AUGUST ein super Zimmer frei, da unserer Mitbewohner uns (1 Mann & 1 Frau) leider verlässt! Und das beste ist, du könntest echt zeitnah einziehen.
Wir wohnen in einem super gelegenen Neubau in U-Bahnnähe (U5, U Hellersdorf oder U Cottbusser Platz). Mit der Bahn bist du in 20 Minuten am Alex.
Trotzdem ist vor unsrer Tür alles sehr grün und perfekt zum Spazieren, Joggen, Rumhängen, was auch immer :)
Die Alice-Salomon ist auch nicht weit entfernt und alles, was man sonst zum Leben braucht sowieso nicht.
Der Raum, um den es geht, kosten im Monat 299 € für 15 qm , ist für Berlin also echt günstig :) Internet und Strom kommen noch zur Miete dazu. Zwar ist das Zimmer nicht riesengroß, aber dafür umso gemütlicher :)
Wir sind eine bunte, quirlige 4er WG und offen für internationale Bewerber. Wir sprechen Englisch und Deutsch. Kommunikation wird also kein Problem. Aber am Besten du kommst einfach mal rum und wir schauen, wie es zwischen uns passt.
PS: Haustierhaltung ist bei uns leider nicht erlaubt.

since one of our roomies is leaving, we have got a free room with us STARTING RIGHT NOW UNTIL AUGUST 2018 :).
The room, we're talking about, may not be the biggest but it is really comfy. It is about 15 sm big and costs 299€ a month. Electricity and Internet add to the rent.Very cheap and directly at the subway.
We are relaxed and internationally, best you come over and we can see if it fits. At the moment we're one girl and one boy.
Our flat is fully equipped, the subway is right outside the door. The Alice Salomon Hochschule is not far and in the other direction you are in 20min at Alex. Outside the door everything is green, the area has changed quite a bite and more and more students are moving here.
Just give it a try and visit us!
PS: Unfortunately pets are not allowed by our landlord.
