Hi,
as I am visiting my home (South Korea) for more than two months (21 May - 9 Aug), I plan to sublet my room. **SO room is only available in between *22 May - 8 Aug*!!!!!** (the move-in and move-out can be discussed accordingly within this time period .)
Cold rent is 500 euros, and energy(+electronicity, internet, etc) is 90, so in total, it would be 590 euros a month. A deposit would be 600 euros.
The house is in a very nice & peaceful area in the north-east part of Berlin. The room is quite cozy and spacy. The nearest S bahn is hohenschönhausen (S75, 10 mins by walk) and Trams (M4, M17) are available nearby (7 mins by walk).
This is 2 people WG, so you will share the flat with my flatmate :) He is from Germany and speaks fluent English (German as well :D). He likes and is very good at cooking! So if you like cooking, you will definitely find out enjoying cooking with my flatmate as well!! We mostly keep space quite clean and neat, so most space is in the same condition as seen in the photo.
Both of us don't enjoy parties that much (he is a university student and I am working but I think you can discuss this with my flatmate as he is quite a flexible person) :D + There is a nice garden in the backyard you might enjoy in the spring & summer time. Please include the keyword `Tage` if you read this advertisement at the beginning of your message :)
Online viewing is also possible with discussion but offline viewing is preferable so that we could know each other a little bit and I am sure you will love the space if you see it in person :D Message me if you are interested.
