Es wird ein super schönes, helles Zimmer zum Hinterhof raus frei. Es ist ca 12,6 qm groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster.
Drin wäre ein großer Pax Schrank von Ikea, sprich ein Doppeltürer und ein Einzeltürer, den ich idealerweise gerne übergeben würde. Da er bis zu Decke reicht hat man ideale Staufläche!
Die Wg wurde vor einem Jahr komplett neu renoviert, die Küche bietet Platz zum Sitzen, das Bad ist sehr modern. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine einzelne Toilette.
In der Küche wird ab und zu geraucht, jedoch ziemlich selten.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Haus liegt an einer ziemlich ruhigen Straße, direkt in der Innenstadt. Der Bus ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und mit dem Rad braucht man zum Campus vielleicht 10 min. In direkter Nähe sind REWE, Kaufland und Alnatura.
Die WG ist eine sehr gemischte Gruppe, von VWL über Psychologie und Jura ist alles mit dabei.
Ich denke das WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt, alles kann, nichts muss!
