This is a beautiful huge room in Trier city centre, Germany. It's on the last floor, with an amazing view through two big windows.
The house is fully furnished: an equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, a cosy living room with 2 big cosy sofas and one bathroom.
Rent is 300 euro all inclusive (rent, bills, internet) and the deposit is 850 euro: 400 basic for the room, 200 for the kitchen as the previous tenants had to furnish it, 250 for the room furniture as I bought everything but I'm selling it out for a very cheap price. This includes bed, mattress, big desk, chair and wardrobe.
If you have a bike you can leave it in the backyard where it's going to be safe.
It's a few minutes walking from the train station and all the main bus stops (urban buses and the ones to Luxembourg for workers). It's also only a short walk into the city center.
Right across the street is a mall with a Kaufland and several other stores. There's also a gas station that's open 24/7.
This very chill house can host 3 people: the other flatmates are a German student and a Romanian worker who will also move out soon (so, in case, there is also another smaller room available).
Our house is very chill and everyone is free to hangout in common areas or just in their room. But there's always someone up for a little chat or a drink. Having friends over is no problem at all. Just make sure it's ok for everyone, if you plan on staying in common areas.
