Ruhiges und gemütliches WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (August und September)

Du bist in 6-7min am S-Bahnhof Karlshorst und mit der Bahn von dort aus in ca 10min an der Warschauer und ca 25min an der Friedrichstraße. Die nächste Tramstation ist 5min entfernt und die Wuhlheide ganz in der Nähe. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich ein Edeka, Denns BioDiscount, Penny, Rossman, ein Kiosk mit integrierter Postfiliale, eine Sparkasse und eine Apotheke. Die Lage ist eher bürgerlich, Kleinfamilien und Hundebesitzer dominieren zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten das Straßenbild. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Ein idealer Ort, um sich Dingen zu widmen die Ruhe und Konzentration erfordern.

You need 6-7min to the S-Bahn station Karlshorst and by train from there you are in about 10min at the Warschauer and about 25min at the Friedrichstraße. The next tram station is 5min away and the Wuhlheide is very close. In the direct vicinity there is an Edeka, Denns BioDiscount, Penny, Rossman, a kiosk with integrated post office, a bank and a pharmacy. The location is rather middle-class, small families and dog owners dominate the street scene at certain times of the day. The house is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. An ideal place to devote yourself to things that require peace and concentration.

HomeOffice, Uni via Zoom... man spricht miteinander, kocht und isst hin und wieder zusammen, putzt hin und wieder gemeinsam die Wohnung und macht ansonsten sein Ding oder auch gern mal was gemeinsam. Eigenverantwortung statt Putzplan, Kosten für gewisse Dinge die von allen genutzt werden (wie Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier), werden geteilt. Jeder verlässt das Bad oder die Küche nach Möglichkeit so wie sie/er den Raum gerne vorfinden würde, wohlfühlen erlaubt. Mit Ressourcen (Strom und Wasser) wird mit Bedacht umgegangen, den diese sind endlich... wenn dir das sympathisch erscheint, dann melde mit ein paar Zeilen über dich. Hin und wieder ist eine Hundedame anwesend, die neue Menschen nicht immer gleich freudig begrüßt. Hat sie dich akzeptiert, ist sie ein Goldstück das Freude verbreitet. Corona ist keine Verschwörung und die Einhaltung von gewissen Regeln wird als selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt... ansonsten herrscht auch hier der ganz normale Wahnsinn.

HomeOffice, university via zoom... we talk to each other, cook and eat together from time to time, clean the apartment together from time to time and do our own thing or do something together. Personal responsibility instead of a cleaning schedule, costs for certain things that are used by everyone (like cleaning agents, toilet paper) are shared. Everybody leaves the bathroom or the kitchen if possible as he/she would like to find the room, feeling comfortable is allowed. Resources (electricity and water) are used with care, because they are finite... if you like it, please wright something about yourself with a few lines. Every now and then a dog lady is present, who does not always greet new people with joy. If she has accepted you, she is a gold piece that spreads joy. Corona is no conspiracy and the observance of certain rules is taken for granted... otherwise the normal madness prevails here as well.
