Hey there, we're looking for a new flatmate as of 01.03.24 preferably for longer term.
The room as well as the rest of the apartment are fully furnished already (washing machine, fridge with freezer, stove and oven, microwave etc.). It further comes with it's own separate balcony.
The area around the house is really green with lots of possibilities for outdoor activities and very well connected to the center via U-Bahn (U5 - Kienberg / Gärten der Welt) walking distance to station 2-3min

> 15 min - Ostkreuz / Frankfurter (Ring)
> 25 min - S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz
> 30 min - S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße

> 40 min - S-Bahnhof Tiergarten (TU)
In the direct vicinity walking 2-5 min we have 4 supermarkets to choose from (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Netto). Also a large public indoor swimming pool, fitness clubs and all other necessities for everyday life are nearby.
The language mostly spoken in the apartment is German and English. Just get in touch for further details and a first impression and don't forget your WhatsApp ;-)

Hey hey,
ab 01.03.24 wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen jemanden für länger. Das Zimmer sowie die Gemeinschaftsräume sind bereits dauerhaft möbliert (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Ofen, Mikrowelle etc.). Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon.
Für alles Weitere, insbesondere das persönliche Zusammenleben lass uns am besten telefonieren.

Die Gegend ist ruhig, sehr grün und bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für Outdoor Aktivitäten.
Ansonsten gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in unter 5min (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Netto)
Fitnessstudios, Schwimmhalle, Ärzte und alle andere Infrastruktur ist auch in direkter Nähe.
Der nächste U-Bahnhof (Kienberg - Gärten der Welt) ist zu Fuß in 2-3min zu erreichen und die Anbindung ans Zentrum mit der U5 ist super.

Die Dreizimmer WG wird momentan von zwei Berufstätigen/ Studenten bewohnt. In der Wohnung wird besonders auf Rücksicht bei der Lautstärke im eigenen Zimmer aber auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen geachtet. Trotzdem gibt es in der Küche natürlich eine gemütliche Ecke zum quatschen :-) Weiterhin ist Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume wichtig!
