DAS TRÄUMCHEN:
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Hof vor den Toren Berlins gefunden, den wir gerne mit wunderbaren Leuten bewohnen wollen! 8)
DER HAKEN:
Das Unterfangen ist allerdings nicht ganz billig und auch ein Langzeitprojekt, da der Hof noch ausgebaut werden muss. Es gibt bereits ein zurückgebautes Wohnhaus mit neuer Elektrizität und 5 Zimmern, allerdings auch im ziemlichen Rohbauzustand (siehe Fotos). Wir schauen uns den Hof diesen Samstag an und können dann Genaueres berichten.
Was wir bisher wissen und finanziell für realistisch halten:
Kaufpreis liegt bei ca. 400 000 Euro. Das ist viiiiiieeeel! Damit er bezahlbar ist, würden wir gerne eine Hausprojekt mit 10 Personen anstreben. Jede:r Mitbewohni müsste 20 000 Startkapital mitbringen, die für die Kreditanzahlung, Notarhonorar, etc. aufgewendet werden. Dazu kämen dann noch 500 Euro "Miete" pro Monat. Von diesen 10x500 = 5000 Euro könnten wir dann peu à peu mit dem Ausbau des Hofes und dem Abbezahlen des Kredits beginnen. Der Ausbau wäre dann hoffentlich in spätestens 5 Jahren fertig und der Kredit in 20 Jahren abbezahlt (ohne Gewähr!). Am Anfang würden wir uns das Wohnhaus teilen (hier können wir schauen wie wir es handhaben: 2 Personen pro Zimmer, Rotationsverfahren, Bauwagen auf dem Hof, etc.). Die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und wollen wir gerne gemeinsam mit euch ausfabulieren! :)

Wenn du auch schon immer den Traum vom eigenen idyllischen Hof mit lieben Leuten natur- und doch stadtnah hattest, anti-rassistisch, feministisch, queer-friendly und ohne all die anderen bösen Ismen bist, schreib uns an und lass uns dieses Traumschloss endlich gemeinsam errichten!

THE DREAM:
We have found a beautiful farm just outside Berlin that we would love to live in with beautiful people! 8)
THE CATCH:
This dream comes at a price and it is a long-term project, as the farm still needs to be fully renovated. There is already a rebuilt house with brandnew electricity and 5 rooms, but also in a rather unfinished state (see photos). We will have a look at the farm soon and will be able to give more detailed information then.
What we know so far and what we think is financially realistic:
The purchase price is around 400,000 euros. That is a lot! To make it affordable, we would like to have a house project with 10 people. Each co-inhabitant would have to bring 20,000 in seed capital, which would be used for the down payment on the loan, notary's fee, etc.. In addition, there would be 500 euros "rent" per month. From these 10x500 = 5,000 euros, we could then gradually begin to expand the farm and pay off the loan. The extension would hopefully be finished in 5 years at the latest and the loan paid off in 20 years (no guarantee!). In the beginning we would share the living quarters (here we are open for suggestions how to handle it: 2 people per room, rotation method, construction trailer in the yard, etc.). The possibilities are plenty and we would like to work it out together with you! :)

50min mit Regionalbahn von Berlin entfernt - NICHT in Köpenick (mussten einen Bezirk angeben)!
Zu uns, wir sind eine kleine Interessengruppe von Leuten um die 40. Mindestens 5 Plätze sollten in diesem Projekt noch frei sein. Wir würden gemeinsam schauen, wie wir zusammen passen und dann die Wohngruppe bilden. Nach einer Vorauswahl von unserer Seite könntest du also zu 100% mitbestimmen, wie und mit wem das Zusammenleben gestaltet werden soll. Nach einem Ausbau der Ställe (hoffentlich innerhalb der ersten Jahre) gibt es dann auch genug Platz für alle. Wie das genau aussieht und wer dann wo wohnt, entscheiden wir basisdemokratisch.
