Das Zimmer ist groß geräumig und ca. 19 m² groß. Es hat ein Balkon und ist in einem schön renovierten Altbau. Auf dem Fußboden wurde Diele verlegt. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Bett, Kleiderkommode im Zimmer sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler.
Bett, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, W-Lan Internet sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer wird für 6 Monate mit der Option auf Verlängerung vermietet .
The room is spacius and has a size of 19 m². It has a balcony and
located in an old building completely renovated, without traffic or other noise around. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with anything you might need to cook a delicious meal.
Bed, washing mashine and WiFi Internet are included.
The room is rented for 6 months with an option of extending.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die S-Bahn Köpenick ist ewa 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Train - Station S-Bahn Köpenick is ca. 10 min. by walk.
Moha und Hamza sind beide Studenten an der HTW Berlin.
Wir könnten gerne mal einen Kaffee/Tee/Bier in der Küche trinken oder mal am Wochenende gemeinsam etwas unternehmen wollen. Privatsphäre und Ruhe sind uns ebenso wichtig wie Sauberkeit, Verantwortung, und Höflichkeit. Am Wichtigsten ist es aber, dass sich jeder wohl fühlt und das WG-Leben genießt.
