Hey ihr Lieben!
Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am S-Bahnhof, von da aus ist man in unter einer Viertelstunde am Ostkreuz. Die Gegend ist noch so richtig schön kiezig, Berlin halt. Man ist auch in fünf Minuten an der Spree, wo man schön zum Sonnenuntergang ein Bier trinken kann. Der Bellevuepark ist so ziemlich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Altstadt Köpenick ist auch nur 10 Minuten weg.
Die Wohnung ist super renoviert, alles tip top. Das Haus ist ein Altbau, aber auch saniert. Alle Zimmer haben wie in Altbauten üblich hohe Decken und viel Licht. Für Ruhebedürftige ists auch gut geeignet, da die Zimmer echt ruhig gelegen sind.
Soweit zu uns und jetzt seid ihr dran. Schreibt einfach ein bisschen was über euch, und wir laden euch ein.

Hey roomies!
Our flat is located in Köpenick, in the eastern part of the city. Even though the flat isn't exactly located downtown, it is very close to the "S-Bahn" which takes you to Ostkreuz within 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes you're on the bank of the river - perfect for sipping a beer or coffee. Köpenick downtown is just 10 minutes away and there is a big park right in front of the door.
The flat is in good condition and renovated, even though it's a classical old Berlin building. Because of this all the rooms have got big windows and high ceilings some are facing the atrium If you're more leaning towards the quiet side.
