Sunny south facing room in a 3bedroom 71sq.m. flat in Berlin, Köpenick. The room has a double sofa bed, a desk for home office, shelves and plenty of storage space for your things. There is a very big window overlooking some nice altbau buildings.
There is natural sunlight all day long.
You will find everything necessary for your accommodation, linen, towels, cutlery, tableware etc.
The bathroom has a window and a glass cabin and is airy and bright. There is lot of space for your things.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, all new. Like all other rooms, it has a big window and lots of natural light throughout the day.
The flat also has a washer room with a washing machine and extra storage space.
Köpenick is a lovely area with many lakes, rivers, islands, green spaces, parks etc. You can cycle or jog or go for boat rides etc. The flat is located a 10min walking distance from Köpenick Altstadt (old town), a lovely place full of old buildings, ideal for a walk, have a beer, shoping, enjoy nature all year round.
There is a bus stop directly outside of the house. The main road is 2 min on foot away, with shops, imbiss etc. The S-Bahn Köpenick is 5min walking away, connecting you in 20mins to Berlin Center.

This a berufstätigen WG, however the occupants are very nice and friendly and we are looking for a female who is the same. Due to the fact that the space is generally small and cosy, and the flat is relatively newly renovated (summer 2020), everybody should try to keep as clean as possible after themselves. We are looking for a person who finds it effortless to be tidy and co-exist with others.
Additionally we are looking for an eco-conscious person who is considerate or energy usage etc.

Contract is done at first on a 6month basis with the possibility to extend if you like the place. The first contract gives the sub tenant the opportunity to move out quicker if not satisfied with the living accommodation.
Notice period is 2 months for the first contract, for the unlimited contract is 3 months.
