ich suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein wunderschönes helles Zimmer mit Balkon- gleich am Waldrand und am Wasser (Dahme & Müggelsee)! 🌳🌿🍁🍄😊
Die Wohnung hat 75 m2 und von meinem Zimmer aus geht es direkt auf den großen Balkon auf dem morgens in der Sonne gefrühstückt und nachts wunderschön der Mond und der Sternenhimmel bestaunt werden kann 🌝
Das Zimmer hat 22 m2 und kostet 600 € all inkl. für 4 Wochen.
Meine Mitbewohner in Sara ist im Mai auch größtenteils nicht da, deshalb hast du die Wohnung fast für dich allein :-D
Die Tramhaltestelle Wendenschloß ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustüre, das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit Spielplatz und Feuerstelle und die Nachbarn sind super nett und entspannt 😊
In 10 min bist du am Strandbad Wendenschloß und viele kleine Badestellen in der Natur sind gleich am Dahmeufer nebenan zu finden.
Der große Köpenicker Forst ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen - auch ideal falls du einen Hund hast (ich habe auch einen).
Köpenick ist wunder wunderschön - besonders im Sommer! <3
Wenn du für einen Monat einen ruhigen Ort nahe der Natur suchst um z.B. deine Abschlussarbeit zu schreiben oder Urlaub zu machen - bist du hier genau richtig! 🙂

I am looking for a beautiful soul to move into my beautiful bright room in Wendenschloß (Köpenick) for one month while I am travelling.
The flat is in the groundfloor, has 75 m2 and you can reach the big balcony right from my room where you can eat breakfast in the sun or watch the moon and the stars at night 🌝
The room has 22 m2 and costs 600 € incl. everything.
My flatmate Sara will mostly not be there in Mai as well, so you might have the flat to yourself most of the time! :-)
There is a tram stop right next to the house (Wendenschloß), a garden and very sweet and friendly neighbors 😊
The flat is right next to the forrest (5 min walk) and the water (the river Dahme & Müggelsee) 🌳🌿🍁🍄😊 with Strandbad Wendenschloß only 10 min away.
Perfect for long walks or hikes in the forrest, for swimming, SUP Boarding or going on a boat! 🥰
This is your place if you want to get away from the city for a month to be in nature, have a more quiet peaceful place to live and friendly neighbours to chat with 🙂
