I'm subletting my room in our beautiful flat-share apartment in Tempelhof / Kreuzberg, Dudenstraße, for short term (26.11 to 22.12.19 - flexible date !)
The room is 25 square meters large and has a balcony. As it goes out to a green backyard it is really quite. It is furnished with a bed, wardbrobe, shelves, table, a guitar. The kitchen has a sofa so its a cosy place to spend some time together. The bathroom has a bathtub, floor heating and a washing machine.
It is not allowed to smoke in the appartment

The apartment is only 2 min walking distance from the U6 station Platz der Luftbrücke, and 2 bus lines are also around the corner, so you can reach all important areas like Mitte (e.g. Friedrichstrasse, Alexanderplatz, ), Wedding, Neukölln, and also West-Berlin (e. g. Zoologischer Garten) very fast.
The flat is very close to the beautiful sought-after Bergmannkiez of Kreuzberg, in other words in the center of Berlin. We are blessed of living in between Tempelhofer Feld and Viktoria Park. There are a lot of nice restaurants, bars and beautiful shops close by.
There is a turkish market (eurogida) and a bio shop 3 min walking, and rewe 7 min walking distance.
You will be living with another flatmate, Roberta, 29, she studied theater science in Argentina, and is now working and studying german. In the flat we speak german, english or spanish.
It is very important that you contribute to maintain the flat nice and clean and it would be good if you have flat-share experience. A respectful encounter with each other is extremely important for us and we have zero tolerance for any discriminatory behavior as sexism, racism or homophobia.
So if you come with an open and loving heart you're very welcome to stay.

Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer in Tempelhof / Kreuzberg, in der Dudenstrasse, (2 min Fußweg zur U6 - Platz der Luftbrücke) Nähe Bergmannkiez, für ende November +Dezember, Zeitraum ca. 26.11 bis 22.12 — flexibel
Es ist ein möbliertes, sehr ruhiges 25qm großes Zimmer mit Balkon, der im Hinterhaus zum grünen Innenhof rausgeht.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Spiegelschrank, der dir zur Hälfte zur Verfügung steht, ein Regal, ein grosserSchreibtisch, eine Anlage
In der Wohnküche mit Sofa kann man sich gemütlich zusammen aufhalten. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, Fußbodenheizung und Waschmaschine.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In 2 Minuten ist man bei der U6 – Platz der Luftbrücke, Nähe Bergmannkiez / Mehringdamm, unmittelbar zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und Viktoria Park, mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (Eurogida, Bio Laden, Rewe, ..)
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Roberta, sie ist 29, Theaterwissenschaftlerin aus Argentinien. Jetzt arbeitet sie und lernt Deutsch. Sie spricht Spanisch, Deutsch und Englisch.
Wir legen Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung, besonders bei den gemeinsamen Wohnräume von Küche und Bad und auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander. In unserer Wohnung gibt es keine Toleranz von jeglicher Diskriminierung wie Sexismus, Rassismus oder Homophobie.
