Ruhige grüne Seitenstraße in bester Lage in Kreuzberg. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Raumteiler, zwei kleinen Tischen, Bettdecke mit Bettbezug, Kissen, zwei Handtüchern und Pantoffeln. All das steht und bleibt euch zur Verfügung! Darüberhinaus hat die vorherige Mitbewohnerin Sachen hinterlassen, welche sie verkaufen möchte!
***Ihr benötigt eine Matratze und einen Stuhl!*** Ihr könnt:
A) Die Sachen nutzen, bis sie verkauft werden.
B) Die Sachen von meiner Mitbewohnerin abkaufen (Matratze 80,- Stuhl 10,-)
C) Euch selbst Sachen suchen:
1. In Kreuzberg stellen/finden Menschen Möbel auf die/der Straße.
2. Auf Facebook in der Gruppe "Free your stuff Berlin" werden Sachen verschenkt
3. Auf Ebay Kleinanzeigen werden gebrauchte Dinge im Umkreis günstig abgegeben!
Für Menschen ohne Gepäck: Wir haben einen Fön! Die Küche wird ganz normal geteilt. Uns fehlt leider ein Toaster. Es gibt zwei WCs, Wanne mit Duschmöglichkeit und Waschmaschine.

Quiet green side street in a prime location in Kreuzberg. The room is furnished with a room divider, two small tables, duvet with cover, pillow, two towels and slippers. All of that stays to your service! Besides that and additionally the previous roommate left the things she wants to sell!
*** You will need a mattress and a chair!*** You can:
A) Use the things until they are sold.
B) Buy the things from my roommate (mattress 80,- chair 10,-)
C) Find furniture yourself. Ways:
1. In Kreuzberg, people put/find furniture on the street.
2. People give things for free on Facebook in the group "Free your stuff Berlin"
3. On "Ebay-Kleinanzeigen" used things are sold cheaply in the area!
For people without luggage: We have a hair dryer! The kitchen is shared as usual. Unfortunately we don't have a toaster. There are two toilets, a bath with possibility to shower and a washing machine.
🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Gleich die Straße runter ist der Landwehrkanal mit dem Maybach- & Paul-Linke-Ufer und dem populären Türkischen Stoff-, Lebensmittel- und Handwerksmarkt mit Nähe zu Neukölln, sowie der Oranienstraße mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Es gibt unzählige Bars und Kneipen vor der Tür. Trotzdem lebt es sich hier ruhig und grün. Der bekannte "Görli" (Görlitzer Park) ist gleich nebenan. Gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehsmitteln im beliebten Szeneviertel.
🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Just down the street is the Landwehr Kanal with the Maybach- & Paul-Linke-Ufer and the popular Turkish fabric-, food- and handicraft market with proximity to Neukölln, as well as the Oranienstraße with many restaurants and small stores. There are countless bars and pubs on the doorstep. Nevertheless, life here is quiet and green. The well-known "Görli" (Görlitzer Park) is right next door. Good connection by public transport.

Im Mai/Juni wird die WG aufgelöst und geht komplett an eine Familie über.

Rosa stays. Two roommates are only here for April.
We are looking for a fourth tenant for April on this way!
In May/June the flat share is dissolved and completely passed over to a family.

Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich!
Wir sind immer noch eine WG, das heißt ihr müsst euch eine halbe bis eine Stunde pro Woche am Putzen beteiligen (entweder Küche oder Böden). Wenn das Putzen nicht erfolgt, müssen pro Job 25 Euro berechnet werden, da wir sonst im Dreck versinken und wir die Erfahrung machen mussten, dass auf die Beteiligten öfter kein Verlass ist. WLAN ist enthalten.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt nach Erhalt beider Posten.
Zahlung per Überweisung oder Echtzeit-Überweisung möglich.
🐶🐶 Wir haben zwei freundliche Hunde! Diese halten sich
90% in Rosa's Zimmer und manchmal in der Küche auf. 🐶🐶

We make a sublease contract for this period for 650 euros + 650 deposit.

We are still a flat share, which means you have to help clean between half an hour and one hour a week (either the kitchen or the floors). If the cleaning doesn't take place, 25 euros have to be charged per job, otherwise we'd sink into the dirt and we had to make the experience that the people involved often couldn't be relied on. WiFi is included.
Keys will be handed over upon receipt of both items.
Payment by bank transfer or real-time transfer possible.
🐶🐶 We have two friendly dogs! These hold up
90% in Rosa's room and sometimes in the kitchen. 🐶🐶
