Du solltest rücksichtsvoll (auf die Nachbarn im Haus), freundlich (ebenfalls die Nachbarn) und zuverlässig sein. Miete pünktlich zahlen und Kaution sind nicht verhandelbar - wir kennen dich nicht, deswegen brauchen wir eine kleine Sicherheit :-)

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Kotbusser Tor und Moritzplatz 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Lidl ebenfalls vor der Tür!
