I am sublenting my room in a 3 person WG from the 05.07 until the 01.12. I will be traveling in South America ruing this time and want to give someone else the oppertunity to enjoy our space! ❤️
The room is 30m2 and fully furnatured. It is very important to me that the plants stay alive, so it would be nice if you have some idea how to handle plants. For the rest there is a record player, a electric piano and guitar that you are free to use for your own musical expiriments.
The flat is located at Urbanstrasse. Close to the Ubahn Prinzenstrasse and the busstop M29. You can find shops and supermarkets around.
My flatmates are called Ana (Colombian) and Rickie (Italian). They both are very much into music and live in Berlin for quite some years. We are an international WG and we communicate in English and it is appriciated if you do to!
The kitchen is big and perfect for cooking and spending time together. We want to have a nice and relaxing atmosphere, where we also respect each other's privacy. There is not pressure to spend time with each other but I believe that everyone benefits from kindness towards each other! ❤️
