Ich werde mein Zimmer während meines Urlaubs spontan untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist eine typische Berliner Altbau Wohnung, mit großer Küche und Berliner Zimmer (in das du für gute zwei Wochen einziehen könntest.) Mit Parkett, Stuck und Krohnleuchter, wie es sich gehört.
Noch etwas größer ist die gemeinsame Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, einem großen Tisch und natürlich einem gemütlichen Sofa.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Kreuzbergs. Bushaltestelle der M41 liegt vor der Tür, zum U-Bahnhof Südstern (U7) läuft man 6min. Dort ist ein Großer Edeka und einen Netto ist auch Fußläufig erreichbar. direkt ums Eck befindet sich die Körtestraße, welche mit zahlreichen Cafes und restaurants bestückt ist... wie eigentlich die ganze Gegend.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind super lieb und irgendwo zwischen 25 und 32 Jahre alt.
Dur h die riesige Wohnküche kommt man sich in der Wohnung eigentlich nicht in die quere und kann trotzdem die Gemeinschafsträume auch zum rumhängen/arbeiten etc benutzen.
Ach und fast hätte Ichs vergessen. Es gibt einen ganz sweeten WG Hund. Um den kümmern sich die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen, ihr könnt einfach genießen und mit ihm spielen, falls ihr Hunde mögt ;)
I Will offer my room in a classic Berliner Flat for the time I will be on vacation. Its a big room with parquet floor, chandelier and stucco in a nice old Buildung. The Flat has also a big living room kitchen with a couch, a big Table and a dish washer.
