ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer in meiner 5-er WG in Kreuzberg vom 1. September bis zum 1. Oktober 2023 unter. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und bietet comfort für mich und meine Freundin.
Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Bad und Küche sind komplett neu gemacht worden, im Dezember 2021. Im Hinterhof ist es möglich, Fahrräder sicher zu verstauen.
Zur Location:
Die S+U-Bahnstation Jannowitzbrücke ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, also ist man hier sehr gut angebunden. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man auch am Alexanderplatz.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich doch einfach bei mir mit ein paar Zeilen über dich und was dich für die Zeit nach Berlin treibt. Wenn es passt, können wir gern einen Termin für ein (Online-)Gespräch ausmachen, damit man sich ein bisschen kennenlernt 😊

I am subletting my beautiful room in my 5-person shared flat in Kreuzberg from 1 October to 1 November 2023. The room is fully furnished and comfortable for me and my girlfriend.
About the rest of the flat:
Bathroom and kitchen have been completely redone, in December 2021. In the backyard it is possible to store bicycles safely.
About the location:
The S+U train station Jannowitzbrücke is a 5-minute walk away, so you are very well connected here. Alexanderplatz is also a 10-minute walk away as well.
