Wir vermieten ein ca. 25 qm großes teilmöbliertes Zimmer ab sofort bis Ende September unter. Ein kürzerer Zeitraum ist ggf. auch möglich, nur sollten es nicht weniger als 2 Wochen am Stück sein.
Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist mehr oder weniger riesig und ruhig zum Hinterhog gelegen. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einer Matratze, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkom am dritten Zimmer, der von allen MitbewohnerInnen genutzt werden darf. Zudem hat die Wohung einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der mitbenutzt werden darf.

I am renting my approximately 25 sqm partly furnished room from now until the end of September. A shorter period is also possible, but it should not be less than 2 weeks.
Room
The room is more or less huge and faces the quiet backyard. There is also a balcony attached to another room, which everyone in the flat can use. In addition, the apartment has a communal garden, which may be shared. The room is furnished with a mattress, a desk and chair and a wardrobe.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Weserstraße in Kreuzkölln, ganz in der Nähe des Hermannplatzes und am Rande des Reuterkiezes. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Die Gegend ist ziemlich bunt und lebendig und vielleicht nicht unbedingt etwas für jemanden, der/die am liebsten keine anderen Menschen trifft. Gleichzeitig findet man aber auch schnell gemütliche und schöne Ecken, zum Beispiel im Reuterkiez oder am Landwehrkanal und in der Hasenheide – oder natürlich direkt bei uns im kleinen Garten. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist in alle Richtungen super angebunden, zur U8 und U7 sind es nur zwei Minuten.
The apartment is super centrally located on Weserstraße in Kreuzkölln, very close to Hermannplatz and on the edge of the Reuterkiez. It doesn't really get any better than this - we can't quite believe it yet either. The area is quite colourful and lively and perhaps not necessarily something for someone who prefers not to meet other people. At the same time, you can quickly find cosy and beautiful corners, for example in the Reuterkiez or at the Landwehrkanal and in the Hasenheide - or of course directly in our little garden. The Tempelhofer Feld is also not far away. The apartment is super connected in all directions, it is only two minutes to the U8 and U7.
Ich wohne in der Wohnung zusammen mit meiner besten Freundin aus dem Bachelor. Josie ist im August nur ein paar Tage da, aber dafür im September wieder fest. Sie lebt sich seit dem Frühjahr in Berlin ein und beginnt im Oktober ihren Master im Bereich Politik & Internationale Beziehungen. Josie st ein unglaublich herzlicher Mensch, bei dem man sich gleich willkommen fühlt und die dich auch für die kurze Zeit gerne in das WG-Leben inkludiert.
I live in the apartment together with my best friend from the Bachelor. Josie is only there for a few days in August, but is permanent again in September. She has been settling in Berlin since spring and will start her Master's degree in Politics & International Relations in October. Josie is an incredibly warm person who makes you feel welcome right away and who is happy to include you in the life of the flat-sharing community for a short time.
Es gibt eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine in der Küche und die Küche ist auch mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wie beschrieben bin ich beim Zeitraum einigermaßen flexibel, daher schreib mir einfach von wann bis wann du gerne bleiben würdest, da finden wir sicherlich eine Lösung :)

There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen and the kitchen is also equipped with everything necessary. As described, I am reasonably flexible on the period, so just write me from when to when you would like to stay, we will surely find a solution :)
