I am renting my cozy room between 1.9.8 - 21.9 since I will be travelling. We are 3 people in the flat: Paco is from Mexico and doing his PHD at FU. He is a lovely person to live with. Chiara would be travelling at the same time as well so her sub-renter would be in the flat during your stay.
The flat is at Lausitzer Platz which is a very calm area in Kreuzberg, considering that it is close to the bar area, which is a big plus.
Lidl, Spätis and Markthalle 9 is close by.
It would be great if the person renting my room is plant friendly and take care of the plants in my room-and the balcony of course.

Hey hey,
Ich untermiete mein Zimmer von 1.9 bis 21.9 nähe Görlitzer Park da ich im Urlaub bin. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und es gibt auch einen Balkon. Görlitzer Park ist 5 min. zu Fuẞ. Es gibt ein Lidl und Markthalle, und viele Spätis in der nähe. Es ist keine Party-WG und das Haus is ganz ruhig.
Bei Interesse gerne PM.

Die Wohnung liegt am Lausitzer Platz. Es ist mitte Kreuzberg und auch ruhig.
3er WG. Paco ist sehr nett, macht der PHD and der FU und 30.
Chiara ist 28 und eine Physiotherapeutin. Weil sie auch im Urlaub ist, sie werde weg sein aber der Paco bleibt in Berlin und in die WG:)
Die Pflanzen brauchen natürlich regelmäßig Wasser, und zwar ich suche eine Pflanz-freundliche Mensch:)
