Ich biete zwei Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in dem Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete an, während ich im Urlaub bin.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß und verfügt ist voll eingerichtet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank).
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspüler und Fernseher). Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad stehen allen Mitbewohner*innen zur Verfügung.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein kleines Aquarium mit Fischen, die während der Zeit gefüttert werden sollten.
Im Haus versuchen wir die Bedürfnisse der Nachbarschaft, besonders im Hinblick auf Lärm, zu respektieren. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Parties geeignet.
Die oben angegebene Miete gilt für ein Zimmer und enthält alle Nebenkosten (inkl. Strom und Internet).

I am subletting 2 rooms in my flat while I am away on vacation.
The room is 24 sqm an fully furnished (bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe).
The flat has 3 rooms and is equipped with all necessary amenities (no dishwasher and tv). Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared by all flatmates.
There is an aquarium in the living room, so you would have to feed the fish daily which is not super challenging.
The building is a residential building where we respect each other's needs among the neigbors - especially regarding noise. The flat is not suited for partying.
The rent indicated in the add is for one room and includes all bills.
